Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy
We are very grateful for your order and supporting Löft and fair trade. However, you are entitled to cancel your order before the order is shipped. To do this, you must notify us of your decision by means of a clear statement, via email to email@example.com. Once your order is sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. After that, the Returns and Refunds policy will apply.
We hope and think that you will love your new Löft purchase, but you are welcome to return it within 14 days from the day it was delivered to you.

For your goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that they are new, unused, unwashed, in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.
The products made to your specifications, clearly personalized and custom-made goods cannot be returned.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to refund an order before it has arrived with us, or if it arrives soiled or damaged. In such a situation, it is your duty to take it further up with the shipping company which you have used.
This policy covers only items purchased directly from Löft, and proof of purchase will be required when processing returns.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of products that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We will reimburse you in no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
